Park conditions, hours, rules, and features may change without notice. Always verify current conditions before visiting any location, particularly regarding leash requirements, closures, and seasonal changes.

By submitting a park suggestion or any other content through the Service, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. All submissions are subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.

You use all parks and trails at your own risk. Always follow posted rules, leash laws, and exercise reasonable care for the safety of your pet and others.

The Cowichan Paws name, logo, and original content are owned by Cowichan Paws. Park factual data is sourced from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and public sources. Images are used under their respective licences.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
